These Terms define your relationship with biptk. We have always aimed to keep our rules straightforward and easy to understand — written in plain language rather than complex legal text, because biptk believes every user deserves to be fully aware of their rights and responsibilities.

Biptk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or push notification. Continued use of the website will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with biptk, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — this requirement is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts using the same NID, phone number, or device are not permitted.
• Keep your account password strictly private. You must not share access with anyone else.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact biptk support immediately.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, biptk may request a copy of your national ID. This verification may be mandatory before processing large withdrawals. All information provided during the KYC process is kept fully secure and is never shared with third parties.

Every bet placed on biptk is a binding agreement — both you and biptk are obligated to honour its terms. The key rules around betting are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. However, in certain cases it may be possible to close a bet early using the Cash Out feature.
• Minimum bet: ৳10. The maximum bet amount varies depending on the match, market, and account type.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to biptk's own policy. In most cases, stakes are refunded.
• Biptk reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that appeared due to a technical error.

Biptk takes a very serious approach to monitoring for odds manipulation, match-fixing, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through dishonest means. Where such activity is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.

Biptk supports direct deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following payment rules are important to keep in mind:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name. Deposits made from someone else's number may not be processed.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Daily withdrawal limits: up to ৳50,000 BDT via bKash/Nagad and ৳30,000 BDT via Rocket.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests may be made per day.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Biptk does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.

Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified rollover requirements must be met first. Your original deposit amount can be withdrawn at any time; however, doing so while a bonus is active will result in that bonus being forfeited.

Biptk regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are listed on the offer page. Some general principles are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies exclusively to the first deposit. It does not apply to subsequent deposits.
• Every bonus comes with a rollover or turnover requirement. You are typically required to place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount.
• Bonus betting may be restricted to specific markets — details are specified in the relevant offer description.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must complete a genuine registration and make the minimum required deposit.
• The same individual may not use multiple accounts or identities to take advantage of bonus offers.

Biptk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. However, the terms that apply to a bonus already claimed by a member will remain unchanged.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance:

Biptk is deeply committed to protecting users' personal information. The key principles of our data protection policy are:

• Your name, mobile number, ID information, and financial transaction details are never sold or shared with any third party.
• All data transfers are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Data stored on biptk servers is subject to regular security audits.
• Users may request correction or deletion of their personal data; however, certain information may be retained where required by law.

Biptk believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We treat responsible gaming not just as a policy, but as a genuine commitment.

• Each user can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• You can take a voluntary break at any time — for 7 days, 30 days, or longer.
• If you notice signs of addictive behaviour, or for personal or family reasons, you may request a permanent account closure at any time.
• If biptk detects concerning behaviour — such as unusually frequent large bets — it may proactively reach out to the user to offer assistance.

Biptk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• For breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or involvement in match fixing is found.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) may be closed.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.

If a permanently closed account is found to have been closed without any breach of the rules, the original deposit amount will be refunded. Where dishonest activity is involved, however, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Biptk may update these terms and conditions at any time when deemed necessary. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or in-app notification.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
